Now I am all for being an individual, and displaying your fashion sense. But whether you are a girl or guy, you do have to at least wear something semi fashionable and appropriate for the occasion. Case in Point: This young man's outfit is nowhere near appropriate for prom. While I give him props for jumping on the tutu party dress bandwagon. Considering everything else, I dub him a fashion victim!! Now that's off my chest, stay tuned for what's next.
